1. Program Participation
1.1 Eligibility:
Junior programs are open to participants with parental/guardian consent.
Veteran programs are open to all veterans, regardless of golf experience.
1.2 Registration:
All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information.
Submission of false information may result in removal from programs or events.
1.3 Conduct:
Participants, parents, guardians, and volunteers are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions at all times.
J&V reserves the right to suspend or remove any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
1.4 Health & Safety:
Participants should disclose any medical conditions or limitations prior to participation.
All activities carry inherent risk; participants and guardians agree to follow safety guidelines provided by staff.
1. Media & Image Use
Photos or videos of program participants may be used in promotional materials, social media, and website content with prior parental/guardian consent for minors.
Requests to remove or restrict images may be submitted at any time via email.
1. Donations & Sponsorships
3.1 Donations:
Contributions to J&V Golf Foundation are tax-deductible where applicable.
Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Sponsorships:
Sponsors receive benefits as outlined in their sponsorship agreement.
J&V reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits, provided reasonable notice is given.
1. Volunteers
Volunteers must complete registration forms and agree to program rules.
J&V may conduct background checks for volunteers working with minors.
Volunteers agree to follow safety guidelines and act in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
